The Times mentioned the findings of Reform‘s latest report on public procurement, Cloud 9: the future of public procurement.
Reform “claims that £470 million a year could be saved by 2020 if the government bought 6 per cent of its services and equipment online. Matching Estonia, which buys 50 per cent online, could save £10 billion a year, it adds.”
