The Telegraph examined key reforms discussed by Home Secretary Theresa May during her speech held by Reform on policing and security. It highlighted her argument that future budget cuts to the Home Office mean that getting reforms in key areas (such as police staffing) correct is crucial:

“‘On budgets, she said: There’s no escaping the fact that spending reductions may lead there to be fewer people, fewer buildings and less room for error.”
