Reform Director Andrew Haldenby and Senior Researcher Cathy Corrie, wrote an article that was printed in the Health Foundation in which they argued that there was great scope for productivity gains to be found within the existing NHS budget.

“It seems likely that there is a tremendous productivity dividend to be found within the NHS budget. Other public services have found ways to become more productive, under much greater financial pressure than the NHS has faced.”
