Ben Dobson, Researcher at Reform, wrote an article for Public Finance following the release of Reform‘s latest report, Academy Chains Unlocked. The article is titled ‘How school funding reform could empower academy chains’.

In this article, Ben highlights the main recommendations of the report. “The need to update a funding system that arbitrarily entrenches regional attainment gaps is clear. But in doing so, the government must avoid undermining the professional autonomy that is the bedrock of a chain-led academy system”, he states.
