Policing Insight reviewed Home Secretary Theresa May’s speech on policing, security and immigration, and highlighted five areas that exemplified her future plans for policing reform. These areas were: having the right institutions working together to fight crime effectively; public accountability; improving productivity; creating efficient systems and an open culture that ensures policing represents the public it serves.
