Financial Times, 12 February 2016

Director Andrew Haldenby wrote to the ‘Letters’ section of the Financial Times. In it he echoed the arguments of the Prime Minister in a recent speech that short term upfront costs in areas including the rehabilitation of prisoners or treatment for mental health, would reduce long-term costs to the Exchequer.

He added: “The stronger criticism of the government, perhaps, is that it is not pushing this reform agenda hard enough, in particular in the NHS.”
