BBC Radio 4 Today programme, 13 April 2018

Tom Richmond, Senior Research Fellow at Reform, appeared on BBC Radio 4’s Today programme to discuss the findings of Reform‘s latest report, The great training robbery: assessing the first year of the apprenticeship levy.

He discussed the fact that some apprenticeships are low-skill and low-quality, around 40% are not up to the international standard, and that better rules need to be put in place by government to combat this.
