Director Andrew Haldenby appeared on BBC2 for a special episode of “Daily Politics” focused on the Spending Review. Speaking to Health Editor Hugh Pym, he raised concerns that the NHS would not become productive in later years due to too much money being injected too early in the Spending Review strategy.
He also argued that a lack of fundamental change to public services means “no long term solutions” for the NHS or social care has been offered by the Chancellor.
