I joined Reform in July 2017, keen to explore how robust, evidence-based research can impact policy-making to create better public services for all. My work so far has focused on education and criminal justice reform, and I have developed a particular interest in the critical role of technology and data in creating smarter public services that respond to the complex needs of individuals.
Before joining Reform, I completed my BA in History at the University of Oxford and interned at the Ministry of Justice. Outside work, I enjoy running, tennis and a novel in bed on a lazy Sunday.
What makes you get out of bed in the morning? The thought of breakfast and, on a sunny day, my cycle to work.
