I joined Reform in February 2018 with the hope of getting into the thick of it with the UK’s policy debate on public services. As a Research Assistant, I hope to contribute to the development of policies which enable public services to serve the public better. Currently I am working on projects relating to the NHS and criminal justice system. More broadly I am interested in the potential for innovation through the introduction of new technologies in the public sector and passionate about making sure that this is done in a fair and just way.
Before joining the team at Reform, I interned at Demos where I worked on various policy issues including political communication and the rise of populism. I have also been a research fellow in the Global Health Department at King’s College, London where I researched interdisciplinary approaches to dealing with trauma.
Outside of research, I enjoy visiting art galleries and attending life drawing classes. I am also a fan of outdoor swimming and make regular visits to London Fields Lido.
What makes me get out of bed in the morning?
The thought of a substantial breakfast.
